You install Claude Code, set up your project folder, discover what a CLAUDE.md, an AI computer and an agent really are, and you build an agent that works on your material.
Claude Code is not compulsory: the same approach also works with Codex and Antigravity. You choose which tool you bring.
Who it is for
For the business owner without an IT department. For prepress and production staff who are fed up with repetitive manual work. For the designer or marketer who wants to go from a briefing to dozens of variants in their own house style.
You do not need programming experience: you work in pairs, non-tech next to tech, so nobody gets stuck alone.
Day 1: the foundation
Installing Claude and setting up your workshop
We set everything up on your own laptop, create a project folder and you see straight away why that folder is half the work. Claude Code, Codex CLI and Antigravity sit side by side: you choose, the approach stays the same.
What is an MD file
A CLAUDE.md is simply a text file in which you record context: how your company works and which rules apply. Also which words you do and do not use. That one file is the difference between a chatbot and a colleague who knows your company.
What is an AI computer
The difference between a chat window you copy text out of and an AI that is really allowed to work on your files and your systems. Terminal without fear, with the handful of commands you need in practice.
What are agents
What an agent is, what a skill is, what MCP is, explained in plain language and with examples from the printing world. Above all: when you use which.
Making your own agent and putting it to work
You build one, give it a role and a sharply defined task, and let it run on your own material. Then you adjust until the result is right.
Three builds in pairs
Fetch the brand, generate images, lay out and publish. By the evening your page is live on the web.
Day 2: your sector
On day two you work all day in the world of your own company, with your own material. You choose one of these three tracks in advance.
Online printer
From web shop to agent-ready. UCP, AP2 and MCP applied to your order flow. You build a capability manifest or a mini MCP on your product catalogue, plus a concrete action plan for your IT partner.
Graphic designer
Claude Code next to your Adobe workflow. From a briefing to twelve variants that follow the house style, with your taste as DNA. You build your own house style skill that you keep using afterwards.
Legacy developer
Your existing codebase becomes callable by agents through a thin MCP layer around your own functions. Including secrets, security and how you position this towards your customers.
What you can do afterwards
When you walk out after this training you can already build something that works. Concretely:
- You can install Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity yourself and set up a project folder that does half the work.
- You can write a CLAUDE.md that records how your company works, which rules apply and which words you do and do not use.
- You can work in the terminal without fear, with the handful of commands you need in practice.
- You can explain in plain language what an agent, a skill and MCP are, and you know when to use which.
- You can give an agent a role and a sharply defined task, let it run on your own material and adjust until the result is right.
- You can build a page from brand to publication and put it live on the web.
This is already in place when you walk out
- A published page that is live on the web
- Your first working agent, built on your own material
- A set-up project folder with CLAUDE.md that you can carry on with on Monday
- The artefact of your track: capability manifest, house style skill or MCP layer
- The programme PDF of your sector as a reference
After two days you have a working agent of your own, and a page live on the web.
Practical
- Duration
- 2 days, each from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Approach
- Hands-on, the whole training in pairs: non-tech next to tech, so nobody gets stuck alone. No programming experience needed.
- Location
- In-company at your premises or as an open session at VIGC.
- Group size
- 6 to 12 participants.
- What to bring
- Your own laptop, macOS or Windows. If possible also real material from your company: a quote, a job ticket, a product catalogue or a house style guide. You work with that for the two days, so what you build is immediately usable.
- Tools
- Claude Code, Codex CLI or Antigravity: you choose which tool you bring, the approach stays the same.
