"AI does not make the software developer redundant. It becomes the superpower of those who can think critically." That is how Tristan Fransen (PXL-Digital) put it this week. I can only agree.

AI generates code faster, detects errors and automates the repetitive. But AI understands no context, no user needs, no security risks. It does not know which architecture choice will still stand in five years, or how you really guarantee privacy. That is where human insight remains crucial.

So AI does not make software development simpler: it raises the bar. The best IT people of tomorrow are not those who type code fastest, but those who steer AI smartly, evaluate results critically and solve complex problems creatively. From code writer to digital architect.

That is why at VIGC and Printelligence we are building a series around two levels, from User to Builder. We start with the IT people: AI not as a replacement for your knowledge, but as a reinforcement of it. Safe, controlled, with your own stack.

Want to train your team this way? Sign up for the Printelligence group via printelligence.online, or mail geert.bammens@vigc.be and my agent will schedule a demo.
